Become a PADI Instructor and spread your passion for diving

As a dive instructor, you have the possibility to introduce new divers to the beauty of the underwater world and the diving community. You will help new divers to gain confidence and skills, and fine-tune skills of certified divers. Being a dive instructor comes with many other perks, such as an adventurous lifestyle with work opportunities world-wide in exciting locations (like here in Krabi!), as well as a sense of fulfilment and personal growth as you continually expand your knowledge and teaching abilities. Ultimately, becoming a dive instructor enables you to turn your love for diving into a fulfilling and impactful career.

Join Fast Manta’s Instructor Development Course in the beautiful landscapes of Ao Nang, Krabi

On the two-week PADI Instructor Development Course, you will deepen your understanding of diving theory and learn how to teach efficiently, all while fine-tuning your own dive skills. During your IDC, you’ll participate in workshops, confined and open water training, team teaching, classroom and in-water presentations, knowledge development and exams.

At Fast Manta, we don’t only focus on you passing your exams with flying colours, but especially on training you into a high quality instructor equipped for real-life situations of the future. When taking the instructor development course with us, you will become part of the Fast Manta family. Our team offers mentoring in everything dive-related, but also in questions about the dive industry and the lifestyle attached to it. We’re partnered up with local real estate agents and bike rental companies to help you find your home and your way around during your stay here in Ao Nang. As part of the family, we will also help you find work in the diving industry in the future.
